This policy explains what personal data Hartex OÜ collects when you use this website, why we process it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Who we are
The data controller is Hartex OÜ, a staffing agency registered in Estonia (Tallinn). For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@hartex.ee.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through our forms:
- Workers: name, phone, email, preferred country, profession, experience, languages and, optionally, a CV file.
- Businesses: company, contact person, email, phone, location, roles needed, number of workers, start time and your message.
Why we process it
We use this data to contact you and to match workers with suitable employers, or to handle staffing requests from businesses. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you submit a form.
How long we keep it
We keep your data only as long as needed for these purposes, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless you withdraw consent earlier or the law requires otherwise.
Who we share it with
Your data is seen by Hartex staff and, where relevant, by prospective employers we present you to. We also use trusted service providers that process data on our behalf — for example our form and email delivery provider (Web3Forms). We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, request a copy, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
Cookies
We use a single cookie to remember your chosen language and your cookie choice. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
