What we do
Hartex is a staffing agency based in Tallinn. We work with employers across Europe who need reliable people — and with workers from Estonia who want a fair job abroad without juggling agencies, contracts and paperwork on their own.
Our work isn't just sending CVs to clients. We interview every candidate, check their experience, agree the terms openly, help with the work permit and stay in touch through the first weeks on the job. If something goes wrong on either side, you have one person to call — not a faceless inbox.

Pay, schedule, deductions and end date are agreed in writing before anyone commits. No fine print, no "we'll figure it out later".

A named manager with a direct phone number — not a queue, not a chat widget. The same person from the first call to the last day of the placement.

We earn when a worker stays for a second contract and an employer comes back next season. Fast churn is bad business — and bad for the people involved.
